Whether you're curious about balloon sizes, styles, or any other aspect of balloon installations and decor, we've got you covered with clear and concise answers.

  • The difference between the garlands is the size of balloons. The basic garland will be thinner with only two sizes of balloons, the classic adds one size of balloons, and the deluxe garland has multiple sizes and is the thickest of the garlands.

  • Usually when we are referring to a garland, we are attaching the balloons to a backdrop and the balloons are less structured.

    An arch is typically on a stand and is shaped like a half circle.

  • Our installation fee pays for our staff to come on-site and install your balloons. Typically our staff will be on site between 30 mins-2 hours inflating balloons and ensuring the final design is up to par.

How do you start?

We work best with a photo: send us a picture of your desired installation and ideal budget, and we will create a custom proposal for you.

Installation Policies

We require a 50% deposit to book your date. This fee is non-refundable because we use the deposit to buy supplies for your event.

Installation fees are 15% percent of the event total, with a minimum of $75—installation fees are for staff to install your balloons.

Delivery fees are calculated by the distance away the venue is from 91106, and costs are calculated at $2 per mile with a minimum of $20.

Jovial Events does not return to jobs without rentals unless a strike fee is paid, the current fee starts at $125

All rentals require a $125 fee for strike unless the client plans to pop their own balloons before their rentals are picked up.
